Magi Boxes - Family Service Project
We have an opportunity to share compassion and love with needy children in Honduras by sending them a simple shoebox packed with toys, candy, hygiene supplies, and clothing. Sunday September 30 is our deadline for the Magi Boxes in order for them to arrive at Baxter Institute by Christmas. Our own Jane Zeigler is going to be there to distribute the boxes to the children. Plan a shopping trip with your children, pack, and wrap your shoe box or plastic shoe container filled with treats to delight a child. (See the sample boxes) Be sure to include a check for $7 for shipping. (See the display in the foyer for all the details and pick up an info sheet) With your help, many children will have a reason to celebrate the holiday season. Let’s send a truck load of Christmas cheer to the children in Honduras!
